Totally (Live-)Blogged

12:20 AM
So. I just finished watching this whilst attempting The Big Clean. Unfortunately, I'm sad to report that the movie itself was finished, but not the cleaning.

Ohhhhh boy.

CLEANING BY THE NUMBERS(OR WHAT I ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED THE LAST 2 HOURS):

Magazine Issues put away: 8720745748972b (okay, this is hyperbolic, obviously. And that "b" isn't supposed to be in there, I don't think)

Strewn Water Bottles thrown: 5

Outfits tried out: 3

People IMed: 2

Productive? Not so much.

Well. Anyway. Here's what I'm watching/listening to now that the film's over:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zooey Deschanel. I also love this song, and I love the little thing she does with her feet as she is singing this. SO CUTE.

Also, this:

Yeah, so the vid's sideways, but Kyle Riabko and Christy Altomare's beautiful rendition of "Touch Me" totally makes up for it. The "touch" note on 2:04 is breathtaking.

1:20 AM

I should be sleeping, I know. Can't seem to, though.

CLEANING BY THE NUMBERS... (cont'd)

Pairs of shoes put in their proper places: 15

Black Friday items to be put away/hung up: 4 (which includes a reallly cute Unlisted by Kenneth Cole gold sequined clutch, which I plan to wear with what I call my "Serena" dress on New Year's. Nice? I think so!)

Spoonfuls of Ben & Jerry's Creme Brulee ice cream consumed: about 7-8 (it's still a bit frozen)

I know, I know. It's a process, people -- Rome wasn't built in a day!

Anyway, onto other matters. I was just reading a few entries in my old journal from like, a year ago, and...Oh-Em-Gee. I was so emo.

Actually, I kinda still am. Hmm.

Day 2 -5:26 PM

Just finished attempting watching Gossip Girl whilst cleaning at the same time. Does anyone know how I can catch up on the last few episodes? Because apparently CW only chooses to post the most recent one. How lame.

Anyway. So my room has reached the level of Ground Zero, whereas before it was Ground Negative One. Success! (well, almost)

8:22 PM

FINISHED. HUZZAH!
